Sautéed onions, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, cumin, and rosemary pack this burger with great taste and texture. Though organic black turtle beans are the main ingredient, freshly dug carrots and raw kale round out the flavor.
As with all of our products, these burgers are born on a countertop heaped high with vegetables, herbs, and grains sourced from our farmer friends throughout the region.

MAPLE CHIPOTLE BURGERS

For this burger we oven-roast sweet potatoes and corn and incorporate these sweet veggies with fresh parsley and carrots. We've created our own maple-chipotlé BBQ sauce to brighten the burger’s savory soul.

We love this burger because it highlights some of the best of Vermont. It brings together the sweetness of spring: maple syrup with the sweetness of fall: corn and sweet potatoes.

FALAFEL BURGERS

This is a falafel intended to be baked, rather than fried; making it a more nutritious shade of delicious. Instead of cooking the chickpeas, we sprout them to increase texture, flavor and available nutrition.

Packed with authentic Middle Eastern flavors; like cumin and coriander this recipe holds true to its roots. We hold true to our own by incorporating unconventional ingredients that allow us use more local and organic elements.

SHIITAKE O'KARMA BURGERS

Unohana is the inspiration for the flavor profile for this burger. Unohana is a side dish cooked in Japan which consists of okara, soy sauce, mirin, carrots, burdock and shiitake mushrooms. We use VT Soy's okara in place of beans as the base and mix in a whole mess of deliciousness from scallions to ginger.
