Bean Crafters works hard to ensure you are getting the most delicious, nutritious and sustainably-sourced product we can create. When sourcing an ingredient we start with local growers and producers (VT plus 30 miles) than regional (New England) and finally national. 

Some of our recent efforts include partnering with Stony Brook Wholehearted Foods out of NY to get regionally grown and produced organic, sunflower oil. They also make pumpkin oils and a by-product of that operation is an organic pumpkin flour that we now use as a binder for our maple chipotle burger. When we can't find an ingredient locally or regionally we look to companies that are doing it "right" by keeping in mind the triple bottom line. Our "Sonoma" salt is sourced from Northern California by Salt Works.
